In the Kreidesee, sport divers are not allowed to dive deeper than 45 meters. On these grounds, technical dives can be performed (i.e. Trimix dives). To perform technical dives in the Kreidesee you have to announce this at the registry at the base. You will receive, in addition to the regular diving rules, the diving rules for technical diving!
Should you not belong to one of the below mention clubs, you have to register in writing. For this you download the registration form, fill it out and send it to the head of technical diving of the diving base Kreidesee.
How can I register now?
On this homepage you will find a form labeled "Registration Trimix". under the “downloads” section. You should print this form, fill it out and send it to our employees that are responsible for technical diving. Please include all documents requested on the form for a smooth and quick registration. Please note that this registration can take up to 2 to 3 weeks depending on the circumstances. If we don’t have the O.K. here at the Kreidesee, we can only let you dive to 45 meters.

Rebreather diving also falls under technical diving. For this we need a training certificate from the producer or association. This is to be presented at registration.

"Tech Entrance"
Entrance 2 was especially designed for Trimix divers. It is built so that enough equipment can be set down on the left and right sides of the dock. The water is entered comfortable via stairs in the middle, where you stand on a 1.3 meter deep platform. From here you can comfortably suit up with all your gear. If you dive from the entrance straight ahead you will reach the drop-off, which goes to a depth of 55 meters. From there you can go straight again to depths of 59 meters.
Fillings
Our filling station is found directly next to the diving base at the Kreidesee. Since 2009, all sorts of mixtures can be acquired there.
